Meet Our Team

Christine Traynor, CRA, P.App.
Principal

Christine’s passion for real estate formed early in her career. In 2002, she began working as a residential appraiser in the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver Metropolitan areas followed by a two-year period working throughout the Whistler region, before relocating to Victoria in 2006. In September 2009, Christine achieved her CRA designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC).

With 19 years of experience in real estate, including 16 years working as an appraiser and three in new development marketing and sales, Christine brings perspective and experience like no one else in the region. When she’s not focused on real estate, Christine enjoys keeping active in the outdoors including running, paddleboarding and hiking.
