We’re proud of our deep roots on Vancouver Island.
Our longstanding history serving Vancouver Island began in 1979, operating as an in house appraisal subsidiary of Westcoast Savings Credit Union (now known as Coast Capital Savings). In 2004, Coast Appraisals became an independent appraisal firm.
Today, Coast Appraisals is the largest residential and commercial appraisal firm on Vancouver Island, serving Victoria, Nanaimo, Comox Valley, the Gulf Islands, and everywhere in between.
